This band from Boston released their second full cd 'Reports From The Threshold Of Death' at the end of 2011. Junius experiments with soundscapes, space rock, indie and wave, combined with powerful rock. The band is a slight misfit on this stage and this festival but that's what makes them interesting. Think late Deftones, At The Drive-In and Joy Division with a remarkable injection of Tool elements. Surely worth your while to be on time at the Etnies stage!

Deze band uit Boston bracht eind vorig jaar zijn tweede full-cd ‘Reports From The Threshold Of Death’ uit. Junius experimenteert met soundscapes, space rock, indie en wave en bindt het geheel met stevige rock. De band is ietwat een buitenbeentje op dit podium en dit festival, dat maakt hen net zo interessant. Denk late Deftones-, At The Drive-In- en Joy Division-invloeden en een behoorlijke Tool-injectie. Als dat niet de moeite is om lekker op tijd aan het Etnies-podium te staan weten wij het ook niet!
