It looks like Groezrock has a contract with Canada this year. Four Canadian bands in one edition, that never happened before. Simple Plan is one of the most known and successful 'rockeurs Canadiens'. 'Welcome To My Life' and 'Perfect' are world famous hits. Finally they come to exhibit their hyper contagious poppy punkrock at Groezrock. Furthermore they 're real sympathetic guys with their hearts in the right place. Their Simple Plan Foundation supports several good causes. So give them a warm and typical Groezrock welcome!

Het lijkt wel of Groezrock dit jaar een contract heeft met Canada. In 1 editie wel 4 Canadese bands, dat gebeurde nog niet. Met Simple Plan hebben we zelfs één van de meest bekende en succesvolle rockeurs Canadiens binnengehaald. Ze scoorden wereldwijd hits met onder andere ‘Welcome To My Life’ en ‘Perfect’, en komen eindelijk hun hyperaanstekelijke poppy punkrock ook eens op Groezrock etaleren. Simple Plan zijn daarenboven ook nog eens sympathieke jongens met het hart op de juiste plaats. Zo steunen ze met hun Simple Plan Foundation heel wat goede doelen.
