We Are the In Crowd

For the first time, there will be 2 bands with a female singer performing at Groezrock. Besides the Belgian band Vienna, playing on the acoustic stage today, we can also admire Taylor Jardine's voice from We Are The In Crowd from Poughkeepsie, New York. Fans of Paramore, All Time Low or The Wonder Years are gonna like this. Last year the band released its debut record 'Best Intentions', filled with poppy emopunk jewels, on Hopeless Records and they've been touring the US and a big part of the world almost continuously since 2010. They've never been to Belgium before. Luckily there's Groezrock 2012!

Het is waarschijnlijk een primeur op Groezrock. Niet minder dan twee bands met een frontvrouw sieren dit jaar de affiche! Naast het Belgische Vienna, dat op het akoestische podium speelt vandaag, mogen we ook de stem van Taylor Jardine van We Are The In Crowd uit Poughkeepsie, New York bewonderen. Fans van Paramore, All Time Low of The Wonder Years zullen hier van smullen. De band bracht vorig jaar zijn debuutplaat ‘Best Intentions’ vol poppy emopunk pareltjes uit op Hopeless Records en tourt sinds 2010 bijna contstant door de VS en een groot deel van de wereld. In België waren ze nog niet. Gelukkig is er Groezrock 2012!
